Worst Sales Experience ever. Tried to buy a Honda fit with these guys. After the deal has been set and i agreed to their asking price plus the hefty $459 Dealer Document fee they Tried to buy a Honda fit with these guys. Justin the finance Manager said he will call me back to finalize the deal... Never Called Back. Sent emails to the sales team... never got a reply. when I looked back on the website and in Autotrader I saw they increased the price of the car by $1000 and never had the guts to tell me if they did made a mistake in pricing which I dont think so. These are the people I dealt with at this dealership Camille Eckhardt, Simon Seng or "Peter" Seng, Sonia Wahome and Justin from finance. More
