I dealt with Ken and he was easy going and helpful. He pointed out the dents and such they would fix and the the new tires which they installed. The trade-in amount was fair and dealing with the finance guy was smooth. The communication with everyone their was seamless. The whole process was straightforward and easy. My only beef was the processing fee of $459.00, but adding that to the cost of the vehicle with the new tires, it is justified. More
