I didn't have to do anything, Herb Chambers took care of everything. Also bought four new tires, which it needed, while it was there for the service. I'd been pricing tires at various places(online/big name tire centers) and Herb's price was very competative. Again very happy with Herb Chambers. More

Great service, but I waited while I my car was repaired. No issues with the repair service or any of the staff. My problem is that during my 3 1/2 wait I tried to work. Chairs and table fine, wifi fine, coffee and donuts fine. But what possible reason could the dealership have for blasting SirusXM 1980's pop songs at the volume usually reserved for a noisy bar? This is the not the first time I've been annoyed by this, just the first time I've commented. I realize that they can't split apart the showroom and service area, but how does blasting loud music help the dealership sell product or generate loyalty? If you must have music playing (like every store does) then at least lower the volume so that I can talk on the phone without the other parties asking where the heck I am! More
Once again Herb Chambers Honda knocks it out of the park! Bought my first Honda Accord hatchback in 1977, and have owned Honda Accords ever since. I first became a customer of Herb Chambers Honda of Westborou Bought my first Honda Accord hatchback in 1977, and have owned Honda Accords ever since. I first became a customer of Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough, MA when I moved to the area a little over 3 years ago with my 2006 Honda Accord, which was the best one ever. When it needed minor service I became a loyal customer of their service department, especially Chris Cooper, their Service Manager, who has helped me in so many ways. Their service has always been fast, fairly priced, and I've always felt like their most important customer. I also love the ambiance in their waiting area, where I get a lot of work done on my laptop, and eat a lot of their free food & beverages. I worked with one of their service guys who was great but left recently, so I've started working with Randy Robinson, who I'd met briefly a couple of times in the past; and he's been great. 2.5 years ago I had 2 very serious spinal operations, with a 5-month recovery time. Whenever my car needed something done during those 5 months they came & got it, serviced it, and brought it back. Imagine my shock the first time I worked with Randy when he asked how my back was doing. How did he pick up on that? You can also imagine my shock when, about 18 months ago after I wrote something online about how great they were and received a personal note from Herb Chambers himself. Yes, maybe someone wrote it for him, but it was still pretty impressive, and incredibly customer-centered. Well, 3 days ago, after 12 years and over 130,000 miles, my old Accord's climate control system died, and it was going to cost over $4,300 to repair it; so I reluctantly decided to buy a new one. However, I'm 70 years old and am retired on a very tight fixed income, so the prospect of buying a new car was not exciting. Fortunately my friend Chris Cooper introduced me to Adam Tremblay, their General Manager, and he introduced me to the most amazing salesperson I've ever worked with named Norman Methe. Norm spent a good amount of time with me. Because of my budget situation he suggested looking at one of their very attractive prior-owned cars. But my dad's car-buying philosophy was always "Buy it new and run it 'til it falls down dead," so I said I needed to buy a new one. But I couldn't afford the one I wanted, so he suggested leasing it. I'd never considered that, and yesterday (one day later) I picked up the most space-aged car I've ever seen. I actually feel like a "Beverly Hillbilly" in it, because the science of car technology has become astoundingly advanced and complex. Not sure I'll ever figure everything out, but Norman spent a lot of time showing me the most important stuff, and then he gave me his personal cell phone number and email address, and told me to contact him with any questions. And here's a final example of what they do. Their car inspection machine wasn't working yesterday, so they weren't able to get the inspection sticker on it before handing it to me. Norman said I could return anytime in the next 7 days to get it when the machine was working, or I could get it done somewhere closer to my home, send him the billing receipt, and he would reimburse me. You really gotta love these folks! More

He was very pleasant, eager to invite us down and nicer when we met him for the appointment. We spoke for a while and he assigned us to his best salesman The salesman was David Yang. He is Very knowledgeable in what he sells. He’s kind, pleasant and put us at ease right away. He has a good sense of humor making all even better. I will travel the extra distance to deal with such a pleasant experience they created for us. David Yang ie the salesman I would suggest to anyone who reads this. On a scale of 1-10 I rate both of them at 15. If you go to Herb Chambers of Westborough ask for David Yang. You will not be disappointed. I am certain you will get the same pleasantries we got. We will be looking for another car for my wife and Herb Chambers of Westborough is the Only place we will go. Good luck and happy shopping. Charlie More

My experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough couldn’t have been further from my assumptions. Julio and Justin, the salesman and finance manager who helped me, were outstanding. Both went above and beyond to meet my needs. With Julio, I had every question about the vehicle and the purchasing process answered in terms I could easily understand. Thanks to Justin’s diligence in filtering through all available loan options, I was able to buy the Civic Si I wanted while staying within my budget. I could not be more impressed with my experience. Herb Chambers is lucky to have employees with such incredible customer focus as Julio and Justin. More
