Great experience buying a used Honda Overall I had a great experience at this dealership. I had been looking for a car for a few months and had been quite disappointed at other dealers. Here attention was polite and efficient from the first call. I was able to see and test the car I was interested in as soon as I got to the dealer, and they were quick to provide all the info I needed. It was great working with Matthew Strong, he made the hole process from testing the car to driving it home absolutely smoothly; when some issues came up with the paperwork for the title, Matthew made sure to keep me informed as soon as there were any developments (responding to my calls even early and late in the day) and even drove all the way to Boston to drive me to the dealership so I could pick up the car as soon as it was ready. I would recommend working with Matthew, he went above and beyond to help make the purchase process flawless. More
