We were fortunate enough to be introduced to Matthew Strong to help us out. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. At no time did he try to convince us to try a newer more expensive vehicle. He truly made the whole car buying experience a breeze. I bought my Crosstour from HC in Westboro and when I called them for my Recall service appointment it was less than 2 weeks for an appointment! Now that’s what I call QUALITY SERVICE ... AND they did a free safety point inspection, and vacuumed my car. Bravo!! More
