I was waiting there and my consultant checked in on me to see if I was there for a normally scheduled appointment and received great customer service. I was waiting there and my consultant checked in on me to see if I needed anything (even though the coffee is self service) he offered to get me one. He checked in regularly to let me know if I was still on track to be out of there in the time window provided. Was just a very pleasant experience. More
