I was recommended by a friend Jody to this dealership and got an appointment same day to look at cars. Ara was the salesman and he was awesome. I gave him my budget and in 3 hours I was driving away with m got an appointment same day to look at cars. Ara was the salesman and he was awesome. I did the research and was able to find everything I wanted in this car. All the options and even the payment. I LOVED the car, but it was a lemon. After the 2nd major issue in a year and half Alex at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough took care of me. I was able to get the exact car (I literally loved it) and it has been night and day. I have leased and owned a lot of vehicles (I get bored easily) from numerous dealerships, but Herb Chambers of Westborough is top notch. Alex may be new to HCH family, but he is fantastic. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. He is trustworthy, attentive, and listens to you as a customer. They are very fortunate to have him working there.
