just received car back from honda , was originally brought in because another credited mechanic here in town told me transmission is faulty, needs to be replaced, but honda inspected it and test dri brought in because another credited mechanic here in town told me transmission is faulty, needs to be replaced, but honda inspected it and test drive it, and found nothing wrong , wife drove car today zows not feel safe to drive she cannot go over 55 mph because the noise it makes is horrendous, we have been drivi g that car since the day we bought it , and honda is trying to tell me that noise is normal.. well if thTs the case people please never buy a honda civic because after three years of driving it. >it is normal for it to sound like wounded airplane coming in for a landing, already took it to another mechanic a another certified mechanic here in town and ,,,he told me the same thing the 4th gear is shot, thats why its so loud, and the rest if the transmission is on ita way out the door any day , he also told me that I have about 980 miles to go before hondas drivetrain warranty will no longer be valid, I SAID AHHHHH EVERYTHING MAKES SENSE NOW ... HOND WEST SHAME ON YOU, you got some bad apples making u look bad , More

Brought our 2018 Clarity in for regular maintenance and a tire repair. Arrival was good, service rep (C.J.) was waiting on another customer but was ready at my appointment time (I was early). Check in was ea tire repair. Arrival was good, service rep (C.J.) was waiting on another customer but was ready at my appointment time (I was early). Check in was easy and C.J. called Enterprise to come pick me up for a free rental while my car was in the shop. The next day I pre-paid online for my repairs because that was supposed to streamline the pick up procedure. However, it didn't. I still had to wait for two other people to pay and get their cars before I was taken care of. Then they had trouble finding my car. So that's why I gave only 4 stars. C.J. was terrific and every other aspect was good. More
