Trustworthy and friendly service reps I brought my car in on a Saturday fully expecting to be replacing brake pads at the very least. I expressed my concerns to Don, my service rep. A short time later he came out to say he had good news, and that I didn’t need brakes. He took the time to sit down with me in the waiting area to explain what the crunching noise was that I heard that day, and told me they cleaned things up. He also took time to discuss concerns I had with my tires. I am a woman; so I always feel a little vulnerable when I walk into a shop for service. Don didn’t just provide friendly service; he treated me with respect and made me feel like a valued customer. I could’ve been sold a brake job I didn’t really need; but Don is honest. He is a fine representative of Honda West and I will drive across town to get service done at this dealership. More

Awesome every time I came for an oil change about 3pm, figured it might too late but they weren't bothered at all. Quick and easy I went in for an oil change. I waited in the appointment line for a few minutes but when my car was taken in back, it was done in 40 minutes as promi I went in for an oil change.
