Car Service I brought my 2012 Honda Accord in for a very minor reason but then decided to get the 30K mile check up. A short time later it was brought to my atte I brought my 2012 Honda Accord in for a very minor reason but then decided to get the 30K mile check up. A short time later it was brought to my attention that there were some issues with my brakes, and power steering rack. There were parts available to fix my car but I would have to leave it overnight to fix. Honda West made arrangements for a rental car for me to use, which they paid for, which was very much appreciated. My bill was shocking to say the least especially because I had only stopped in for something else. Moral of the story, bring your car in regularly so the service people can do their inspections and hopefully catch things earlier. Kenny Franchek was very helpful and kind. He kept me informed of where things stood. More
