Then I convinced my daughter and son in law to buy a Honda product. After they bought their first Honda and needed service they went to Honda West and was introduced to Karla, she was wonderful in her explanations and was just a good person to trust, so the next time I needed an oil change i went to Honda West and asked for Karla, I have gone no where else for several years now and my daughter and son-in-law bought a Honda Pilot, now we are a three car Honda Family, and we always take our cars to Karla, sorry Honda West we will follow Karla, where ever she goes so go our cars, why, we can trust her to be honest with us. It is the people that work for you that give your dealership a good reputation, not the building or location. More

Great customer service great job I was taken cared off right away and while wAiting for my car they have provided beverages. When my car was ready for billing and I gave my coupon cau I was taken cared off right away and while wAiting for my car they have provided beverages. When my car was ready for billing and I gave my coupon cause I forgot to give it in the beginning, the person I charge of my car didn’t hesitate to change my bill and even apologized for not asking me in the beginning if I have any coupon, when in fact it was my fault, he made me feel so comfortable and he made sure my car got the service it needed.
