Customer focused My 2017 CR-V required service to replace a broken shifter button. I was told over the phone the repair would take 3 hours. I planned on dropping my My 2017 CR-V required service to replace a broken shifter button. I was told over the phone the repair would take 3 hours. I planned on dropping my car off the following morning and taking the dealership shuttle to work. When I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted by Kenny in Service. I told him I needed to catch the shuttle at 8am so I'm in a hurry. He said, well what if I could get your car in now and be done in less than an hour and a half. You can just wait for it. I was skeptical that they could pull it off knowing I was told it was a 3 hour job. I agreed to wait for them to fix it and 55 minutes later Kenny pulls up in my clean car washed car and said we're done, you're ready go here's your keys. I'm never happy when I get service from a dealer but this definitely exceeded my expectations. In my opinion, Kenny and Honda West did an outstanding job and I highly recommend their services. More

Never Again I wish I could leave a better review. Unfortunately, after all these years of doing business with them and unlike any of my previous experiences at H I wish I could leave a better review. Unfortunately, after all these years of doing business with them and unlike any of my previous experiences at Honda West this by far has been the absolute WORST! I took in my car to have it looked at with DOMINICK P. the other day and found myself second guessing if I need a new dealership. At first he was understanding of the problem and even offtered me a car wash. Nonetheless, when I picked up my car he did not even go through me what was the problem and was rushing me (yes rushing me) to get out of there. In addition, he had said I could follow up on some questions once I returned to pick up the car. Again, I never even got to ask those questions. In addition, and this is not a major issue was that why promise something and then not keep it. When they brought my car it still had not been washed and they seemed so bothered when I asked them why it had not been done if it was part of the package. With all this being said I am extremely disappointed. More
