Brought our 2018 Clarity in for regular maintenance and a tire repair. Arrival was good, service rep (C.J.) was waiting on another customer but was ready at my appointment time (I was early). Check in was easy and C.J. called Enterprise to come pick me up for a free rental while my car was in the shop. The next day I pre-paid online for my repairs because that was supposed to streamline the pick up procedure. However, it didn't. I still had to wait for two other people to pay and get their cars before I was taken care of. Then they had trouble finding my car. So that's why I gave only 4 stars. C.J. was terrific and every other aspect was good. More
