Horrible Service, Unresponsive Staff, and Overpriced Repairs I recently had an awful experience with the service department at Honda West in Las Vegas, specifically dealing with Kevin as the main con Repairs I recently had an awful experience with the service department at Honda West in Las Vegas, specifically dealing with Kevin as the main contact. My car has been sitting there for three weeks with minimal communication and unresponsiveness to my concerns. I initially brought my car in because I've had to replace my battery three times since January. Despite repeatedly explaining that something was draining my battery, they refused to listen or investigate my claims. Kevin and his team quoted me $299.95 for an AC evac and recharge with diagnosis, but suddenly jacked up the price to $511 without providing an itemized statement. They also wouldn't work with my extended warranty, making the situation even more frustrating. After weeks of insisting that there was a deeper issue causing my battery problems, they finally discovered that the keyless entry door handles on my Honda Civic were causing a parasitic drain. Now, they want to charge me an outrageous $1800 to replace the door handles and still refuse to cooperate with my extended warranty. To make matters worse, their computers were hacked nationwide at the beginning of June, further complicating the already frustrating situation. Do NOT use this Honda service location. They are unresponsive, overcharge, and will leave you with more problems than you started with. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable service center elsewhere. I truly wish they have an option for negative stars. More
Avoid this Honda Dealership! I went to this dealership for a simple battery change, expecting a quick service since my car is under warranty. However, I ended up waiting for over two hours just for them to replace the battery. To make matters worse, despite being under warranty, they refused to honor it for the battery replacement and charged me a whopping $400. When I mentioned local dealership coupons that could have saved me money, they outright refused to match them. This has been my worst dealership experience in twenty years of owning Honda cars. The service was slow, the costs were exorbitant, and the customer service was incredibly disappointing. I will not be returning to this dealership and would advise others to look elsewhere for their Honda service needs. More

My only worry is not powerful enough(190 hp) enough to handle the hill home, but the faultless performance easy my mind on the way home. So thank you Honda, for the solid CRV EXL model, and thank you, Mr Darryl, for the honesty. Highly recommended. You certainly don’t need 260 hp for the climbing. The first hand experience prove it. Initially I thought we are getting a great service as Anthony patiently worked with us as we narrow our search, when we went inside to talk numbers that’s when things go south. We felt certain details are kept from us and negotiation is just focused on the monthly, when I asked for the breakdown which he is covering with his hands, I saw an “optional warranty” that I clearly said I want removed. He said it will be and we continued on finalizing and come to an agreement. Our time with CJ was great he asked if we have ang questions and we said Anthony already explained everything to us so we went on signing and went home. When I went over the contract at home, that optional warranty is still there even if I clearly stated I want it removed. I felt deceived and taken advantage of. The next day, we called Anthony and he said he doesn’t know anything about it and just call the office. (Wow! ) CJ helped us to remove it but then our monthly stays the same he said. So even if it is deducted from the principal amount we are still paying for the interest of it? Confused but had to move on. Lesson learned here, do not trust their word or better yet find somewhere else to buy. To top it off, the car already has scratches (see photo taken when he hands us the keys) and Anthony keeps on telling us it’s nothing. More
