I brought my car in for maintenance and had specific things I knew needed to be done and an issue with the electrical components. After running their diagnostics they told me that I needed to have my battery replaced, which they charged $250 for a battery and another $80 for labor. Their overly aggressive service rider made it clear that I would be paying the $140 fee if I didn’t get the battery so it felt very predatory to be up-charged for a battery like this knowing that if I got a battery at AutoZone, it would be half the cost but I’d have to pay the diagnostic fee anyway. Well $1000 later, the problem I brought it in for wasn’t solved and I had to drive to Arizona and now have to get it fixed in a different state because the maintenance light came on. It’s terrible to have a maintenance light come on while driving across the desert after spending $1k. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. More
