Oil change quickie Oil change on my 16 Honda Accord was at 5% schedule the appointment two days before and Omar helped me out. Fast and easy out the door in 1 hour with Oil change on my 16 Honda Accord was at 5% schedule the appointment two days before and Omar helped me out. Fast and easy out the door in 1 hour with a car wash too. He also explained to me what Maintaince is needed at what mileage and what he recommends. I had checked with several Honda dealers in search of a White, EX CRV with leather and Navigation. First Honda in Simi Valley where I live had one, put they wanted to charge me for all sorts of dealer add ons that I didn't want, so I called around and got Scott Gravesen on the phone, he looked it up and told me they had FIVE of that exactly model and combination to choose from. I thought they where B.S.ing me, but they drove me over to their off-lot storage, and sure enough, the had FIVE of the exact same vehicle.. WOW! Scott has been in the car business for a long time and does not play games, I was able to quickly negotiate a fair price and was able to buy the car and get done quickly. The Finance department was great as well, they did not try to sell me a bunch of "extras" and I appreciated that. No hard sale tactics, they where very fair and straight forward. Best car buying experience ever. Now I'm telling all my friends to come here and ask for Scott Gravensen, the Super Nice Car Salesperson! More
