You know, with all the horror stories I've heard all my life. Fast forward about 2-3 hours from the moment I walked up to the Honda dealership of Keyes Keyes Keyes, Keyes on Van Nuys (sorry I had to lol)... & I walked out with EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. Jacob S. was freaking amazing! He was so straightforward and transparent, I can't believe I actually enjoyed this experience! I mean, it had to be great for me to wake up thinking about writing this xxxx review... It's definitely 6am. Anyhow, I didn't actually speak to the sales manager David Mendoza, but it was clear that Jacob and David worked together on getting me (again) EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. Never thought I would literally say to car salesman, "You guys aren't the bloodsucking vampires that everyone makes you out to be!" But I just had to let them know! My expectations were definitely exceeded! I will be back!! 😃 More

Recall Had a recall for passenger air bag. Took it to Honda service center in Van Nuys. The people were great sent me home in Lyft. Lyft took me back to Hon Had a recall for passenger air bag. Took it to Honda service center in Van Nuys. The people were great sent me home in Lyft. Lyft took me back to Honda service center layer that day to pick up my car. Was told they replaced the air bag and checked all the fluids (I have a check off list). If the fluids were truly checked, they would have noticed there was no windshield washer fluid . Soooo. Did they really replace the airbag? More
