Our sales representative was very kind and attentive to us when it came to test driving vehicles. He did admit to us that he needed the sale so he was willing to work with us. We explained our budget and t us when it came to test driving vehicles. He did admit to us that he needed the sale so he was willing to work with us. We explained our budget and told him and his manager that we did not want to exceed that. We made a deal and all was good until we got to financing to sign paperwork. They failed to tell us that even though the vehicle has an alarm system installed we have to pay an additional $30 a month in order for them to activate it for us. That made our payments over the budget we had agreed on and just made the whole experience down the drain. They didn’t care about us or our experience at the end, not sympathetic at all. We had considered coming back to trade in our second vehicle but that’s no longer the case. More
