Recall Service When I went to Keyes Honda for the first time to get my oil changed, I had a great experience with their service. My sales representative Allen was fr When I went to Keyes Honda for the first time to get my oil changed, I had a great experience with their service. My sales representative Allen was friendly, tentative, and informative. It was the best service I have received at a Honda dealerships. I had to go back to Keyes Honda to have a recalled car part fixed. My sales representative was Jonelle. Although I was informed that this repair would take 2 hours (instead of the 1 hour written on the recall notice) when I made an appointment over the phone, on the appointment day, Joelle told me that it would take 3 hours. After about an hour's wait, I received an email from Keyes Honda, saying that my car was near completion. I went to check with Jonelle around 45 minutes later, but she said, "The system sends out that kind of message automatically. Your car is not done yet. I told you your car would be ready around 1:45 pm and I'll call you when it's done." I went back to the waiting area and waited another 2 hours. At this point, I went to check with her again because I had another appointment and had to leave immediately. When I asked her about my car, she pointed at someone else's paper with the keys and said "This is yours, right? I just need to put some info in my computer." I told her it was not mine. She seemed surprised and looked for my paperwork and keys, which were placed behind her desk. I assume she mistook me for someone else, and forgot to tell me my car service was done long before. But she told me that my car was only completed a second ago. I don't know when the car service was actually completed, but I was disappointed with the service I received this time. I saw other sales representatives Interacting with other customers while I was waiting for my car for almost four hours in the waiting area, but Jonelle never came to me or gave me any updates on my car's status. I could see that Keyes Honda seemed busy with many customers the day I visited, but I was disappointed with her service. I will still continue to go to Keyes Honda for other services like the great waiting area and complementary refreshments. I would still recommend this dealer to others. More

Not the usual level of service I took my car in for an "A" service appointment.I asked if they would refill my wiper fluid. The service writer said it would be checked and filled as I took my car in for an "A" service appointment.I asked if they would refill my wiper fluid. The service writer said it would be checked and filled as a part of inspection. In fact, it always has for the last 7 years since buying this car. I said I would be waiting and was assured it would be about 1.5 hours. After about 2.25 hours of waiting, I checked in with the service desk and was told the car was almost done. I was disappointed in a couple things. Usually, if the repair is going to take longer, the service desk lets me know. I understand that delays happen, but communicating is an important part of customer service. Even though I specifically asked about wire fluid, it was not done. I didn't find this out until the day after the service was completed. So, now i have to find time to address this myself. Again, not typical of past service. More
