The waiting room is very clean and theres free breakfast as well. Love the coffee machine so as the people who works there. I gave 5+ star ita because tina bell was very good on communication and she suggests more ans she goes beyond my expectations everytime i go the Keyes honda in sepulveda. More

Bad experience My wife took our Honda 2013 to the service center after I made an appointment for an oil change. The car has done only38837 miles. Yet they convinced My wife took our Honda 2013 to the service center after I made an appointment for an oil change. The car has done only38837 miles. Yet they convinced my wife to agree to a tire rotation and wheel alignment for which they charged $160. In the subsequent report they prepared, the diagram shows they only adjusted the camber from 0.10 to 0.8. No other changes were made. In addition, they recommended a bunch of other changes for an additional $800. We went to another center and they reviewed the recommendations. They accepted 4 of the 6 recommendations and did the work (parts and labor) for $290, whereas the Honda center gave an estimate for the same work of $558.88. The icing on the cake, so to speak, is that we had serviced our car previously with them -- in fact, purchased it from Miller Honda. More
