Very satisfied. This was the third time that I brought my car in for maintenance. I didn't make an appointment, so I knew that I will be there for a while. (Which took about 3 hours) Even though they offer you a ride home and back by Lyft, I choose to stay. They kept me informed on how things were going throughout the day and there was plenty of fruit, hot and cold drinks, and pastries to eat while I was waiting. It is never any fun bringing your car into a mechanic, but it made waiting a little easier by offering food, TV and keeping me informed. I would recommend bringing your car here for service. More

Got charged $160 for 15 min work time So I went to Honda Keys and I wanted to get my seat buckle get fixed, because I have srs error for it. As I was told its under lifetime warranty. It w So I went to Honda Keys and I wanted to get my seat buckle get fixed, because I have srs error for it. As I was told its under lifetime warranty. It was true and they fixed it for free. The only reason I'm giving 4 stats is, because I had small issue with one of employees about pricing, but their menage helped me solve that issue and they did fix my buckle. More

SHABBY CUSTOMER SERVICE The car I brought in for service is my third Accord. For years I had my Hondas serviced here, when it was Miller Honda and John Minor was my super-star advisor. So sad that he left but I understand why now. Things changed when Keys took over and it clearly wasn't for the better. I arrived on time for my 10:00 a.m. appointment for a recall inspection, which should have taken 30 minutes; however, the service advisor (Jonelle) said she needed the car for 2 hours. I said I would wait. At 11:55 a.m. I found Jonelle and she said she would check on the car. She came back to me and said, "they now need to run a 35-minutes computer program to make sure it's okay." What could I do? I had to wait. HERE IS THE PROBLEM: ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE RECORDS, THE MECHANIC DIDN'T RECEIVE MY CAR UNTIL 12:00 P.M. JONELLE MADE IT SEEM LIKE THEY NEEDED AN ADDITIONAL 35 MINUTES BUT IT WAS FOR THE JOB ITSELF. IF I HADN'T CHECKED ON THE STATUS IT WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN DONE. SHABBY CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Sloppy service Went for a scheduled oil change, thinking I would be done in 45mins to an hour (had an appointment even). Surprise!
