We are completely satisfied with our recent purchase of a 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid SUV at Van Nuys Honda. We went there for the Costco program offer, and when that offer did not work for us, Sales Manager Jas 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid SUV at Van Nuys Honda. We went there for the Costco program offer, and when that offer did not work for us, Sales Manager Jason Jhee worked hard to make a deal with us. Jason listened to us and negotiated with us in an intelligent, fact-based manner. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and practical, and very respectful in dealing with us. We made a deal on Jason’s very fair offers on the CR-V and on our trade-in, though he made small reductions for floorboard wear and tear and rust damage on the trade-in, which he fully explained to us. The salesperson, Brenda Najera, who showed us the vehicle and accompanied us on the test drive, was very personable and helpful in explaining the features of the newly designed CR-V Hybrid, especially the safety features, which are very important to us as seniors. After we made the deal, Brenda helped us set up the HondaLink and Android Auto communication features and continued to answer all our questions about the vehicle. We felt Brenda made every effort to make us feel happy with our purchase. Our dealing with finance manager Louie Venegas was smooth and straightforward. We qualified for the special Honda finance deal, so financing was no problem. Louie was very efficient in getting our finance and title paperwork done for the new car and our trade-in. All the sales and finance staff we dealt at Van Nuys Honda with were professional and friendly, and we felt at ease dealing with them. The purchase of a new car was a major personal and financial decision for us, and we are glad that we made our purchase at Honda Van Nuys. More

Nothing against Tony , but I was surprised that the rear differential was a recommended to be changed . The car has 10000 miles . The price for this was quoted over 200 dollars . I told Tony that I decline this service and will wait for after the holidays to see if there would be any specials for rear differential service. More
