Work seemed okay, but poor attitude by some I was there as they opened, took me right in, came in for an airbag recall and my airbag light was on. As the writer was writing my work order, an lad I was there as they opened, took me right in, came in for an airbag recall and my airbag light was on. As the writer was writing my work order, an lady came out and threw a box on the ground for recycle. Another man who was sitting next to my car tightening his shoelaces, kicks the box and almost hits my car. She turns around and moves the box back behind the counter, the guy again kicks the box and this time hits my car. Now, granted it was just a box.. but an apology or if I thought he was being funny and we laughed it off.. would have been fine. But he was annoyed she put the box there. When I went inside to the waiting rm, the lady says.. don't mind him, he has a temper. I said to her, he could have said sorry, she just laughed and turned around. So I was annoyed. After about 2 hours, the writer calls me back and says recall fixed and my light is on for 2 reasons. 1 seat belt buckle is bad, (i see the code on the work order, so ok) also warranty and no charge like the recall. Then he says my clockspring is bad and with labor that's about $565. (The code for that is not on the work order) He convinces me to fix it, safety issue. Ok.. ok.. gets me a rental for the couple days. After getting the rental, says they will also have to do an alignment because the tire will have to be off. And he will do that for $80 instead of the normal $130. I said ok. Car is done the next day, I go to pick it up. After taxes and the alignment, $89 not $80, it comes too $780. In the $780 is a charge for waste disposal of $19. Now I have spoken to several mechanics who said there shouldn't be any waste disposal, tires shouldnt need to come off, no alignment needed and there should have been a code on the paperwork for the spring. They said they were just up-selling me since everything it was there for was no charge. I recently got new tires and got an alignment, about a week prior to this day. I believe it is misaligned now and pulls to the right. Also I had explained to the writer how u have to hold the door lever and push the lock down or the driver door will not lock. When I picked it up, it was not locked out in the lot. My hood lever needed to pop the hood is broken, so I use a pair of pliers to grab it and open it. I explained this too the writer.. on my receipt where they check over the condition of the car.. cannot open the hood was written next too it and nothing was checked under the hood. Completely dissatisfied with this dealership and will not be back. More

I exp On Jan.11,2018 I scheduled an appt. for a grease and oil with a night drop off for Jan.12, 2018. I was greeted by Tom Scelfo, service advisor. I explained what I had an appt. for the next day. He told me they may be able to do the service right now, so I would not have to come back. They were able to service my Acura and got me out in a very short period of time. Tom was very pleasant and professional. I will certainly be going back here for service on my car in the future. More
Excellent Service Adviser & Service From the onset of my first telephone call to service to explain what was going on with my car to the complete explanation after my CR-V was checked ou From the onset of my first telephone call to service to explain what was going on with my car to the complete explanation after my CR-V was checked out the service adviser, Tom Scelfo, thoroughly and completely explained everything they checked and the key components that needed immediate attention for safety of my driving and utilizing the vehicle. The Service Adviser is always honest and explains everything while pointing out the importance of immediate service needs on certain problems and those that can wait until the next service. After picking my car back up, I noticed a big difference in the way the car was handling. Driving it home it was handling better and I felt great knowing the brakes and alignment were done to keep me safe while using my CR-V. More

shoddy workmanship be careful here Went here to have tpms system check due to light on. Was told that 99.00 diagnostic fee would be used to off set cost of repair if I had work done th Went here to have tpms system check due to light on. Was told that 99.00 diagnostic fee would be used to off set cost of repair if I had work done there, this was not the case. However that is not the main reason for the bad review. Since I was there I decided to get oil change which was due. After returning home noticed oil spot on driveway and check under car saw oil dripping from drain plug. I returned to Honda Universe the next day and was informed that the center who did my last oil changed had stripped my pan. I questioned service manager about this since car wasn't leaking before they did change, after some back and for the they agreed to repair pan free of charge by putting new thread insert in. two hours later got car back plug was now in crooked and still leaks. More back and forth and they redid repair, no leak. 3000 miles later I returned for next oil change, only because they were last to touch it. Now they tell me pan is completely stripped and needs to be replace but as a courtesy to me they will split the 900+ bill with me needless to say I was not happy with this resolution. After some heated words they agreed to replace pan free of charge. I will never return to this dealership. More
