Great Service, As Always! Over the past month or so we've had a few routine and scheduled service appointments . We have 5 Hondas in our family, and we go to Honda Universe ex Over the past month or so we've had a few routine and scheduled service appointments . We have 5 Hondas in our family, and we go to Honda Universe exclusively, whether for service or purchases. For these last few service calls, we experienced the same excellent customer service that we have come to enjoy over the past 20 + years. John McGraw always looks out for us and treats us as if we were the most important customers he has. He combines this service with a friendly and personable demeanor that is refreshing.
