In the past I have had issues with every Honda Service department and no one has ever cared. Tony at Honda Universe has honestly changed my mind about Honda Service. your service advisor (Jessica Ramos) was excellent and knowledgeable. The only negative I have is that your waiting room was not clean and very dusty.
