"I was told the process would only take minutes, but it ended up taking hours. The loan approval dragged on, and I kept being reassured it would just be a few more minutes, which I later realized wasn’t ac ended up taking hours. I was also led to believe that as a benefit of buying out my lease, the warranty would restart, but instead, I found out I had actually signed paperwork to pay for it. The warranty was a key factor in my decision to buy the car, and both the salesperson and manager were aware of this. More
