The salesman was helpful, cheerful and pleasant. The numbers guy was sneaky, and slimy. I asked why my financing amount was so high, he mentioned taxes and did not mention the $3500 warranty. Bought a 2011 nissan pathfinder. Sale went fine. Vehicle suposedly went through there $1800 pre delivery inspection. had it checked out after it was bought only to find out the re Sale went fine. When i went back to dealer to get it filled up with gas(because it was on empty when i received) i was told that there was nothing we could do about it. I played phone tag with john grover the satisfaction specialist…..he is never at his desk always have to leave voicemails. It is what it is just leaving my honest review. More
