Phil was friendly, responsive, patient, understanding and outgoing. The only hiccup occured once the deal was made. I waited 90 minutes for the sole finance person to finish with another customer and then outgoing. The only hiccup occured once the deal was made. I was surprised the gas tank wasn't filled and that the 'oil life remaining' read 50% on the dashboard. I was also surprised that even with very good credit, the interest rate offered was over 5%.
