I went to this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. While other dealerships chose to try and sell me something else when they didn't have my car in stock, the employees at Honda Universe did not. They assured me they can find me the car I wanted and though I had waited a bit in the beginning, once the car was found, the process was swift and I had the car within the week. The salesman I was dealing with drove all the way to Deleware to get me my car and for that I am appreciative. Because I did wait an unexpected amount of time, though it was no fault of their own, I was credited. My experience was unlike any other dealership. I was never "hounded," never felt pressured, and everyone treated me with kindness and answered every one of questions clearly.
