My daughter is in the market for a car and since it is her first purchase she isn't sure if she wants new or used. the service provided by michael weeden and christine raccinelli was exemplary. michael's work was excellent and timely. my wife and i were in and out in 1 hour and he went out of his way to find the c raccinelli was exemplary. michael's work was excellent and timely. my wife and i were in and out in 1 hour and he went out of his way to find the color car my wife requested with the appropriate options. the lease agreement took another hour or so and we expierienced about 2 hours in total as oppossed to 5 plus hours with our prior lease. christina handled a few calls relative to the overall deal and helped to dramatically set up the overall deal framework so that we did not waste time going over deal parameters. additionally both a requested pinstripe and our new plates were provided very quickly. the overall expeirience was a pleasure according to my wife and believe me having been married to her for 42 years that kind of praise should not be taken lightly! My husband and I went into Honda Universe to get a new lease on an Accord. When asked what price we were willing to pay per month, we simply said, "Get us the lowest price you can."
