When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the manager. We told him that we were referred to Danny Patel, he immediately called him. I was also led to believe that as a benefit of buying out my lease, the warranty would restart, but instead, I found out I had actually signed paperwork to pay for it. The warranty was a key factor in my decision to buy the car, and both the salesperson and manager were aware of this. More
