I continue to be be impressed by Honda Barn. Brought my 2013 accord in for some diagnostic work that had been previously looked at by another mechanic. Garage X spent 2 + days trying to figure out what my vibration issue was and said it was just my snow tires vibrating. Honda Barn thoroughly went over my vehicle and had informed me I had two warped rims, within 2-3 hours of dropping it off. They gave me true and recommended resolutions to this problem instead of pushing their products and services on me . Mark and Kevin are the two people you want to talk to in service. Patient, understanding, professional, and down to the earth people. I Will never take my Honda anywhere else to be serviced. Ps both times I've brought my vehicle in for service, they have been under their quoted billing cost and time expectancy. Mixed Feelings Yes it was a simple oil change, but it also gave me a chance to tell them of a few items that needed to look at while it is still under warranty and t Yes it was a simple oil change, but it also gave me a chance to tell them of a few items that needed to look at while it is still under warranty and they staff took the time to look into it and let us know what was happening. I was upset quite a bit as for the last 10 years having a Honda that was traded in with over 371,000 miles to first get the truck registered in told them that we would be waiting, the response was that it would take about and hour or so. Had not even told them about the issues that we wanted to have looked at - an hour couldn't believe it as I always went to one of the quick lube and it was about a half hour as long as there wasn't a line most time it was about 15 -25. Up set about this and also felt that even though they offered Sat hours it wasn't full service but limited. I did get over that and it was good to have the service that was good friendly so friendly that it took the hurt feelings of having to wait so long just for an oil change, just wasn't use to that and to top it off they washed the truck for free. So good friendly service with a free car wash. More
