After having our car inspected we learned a tie rod had to be replaced and as a result, couldn't pass inspection. We have an extended warranty and was told there was a $100.00 deductable. He also made us aware of a couple other items of concern that were discovered during the inspection process. Other than asking if we wanted Honda to do the work, Wayne made us very comfortable in the whole decision-making process. The issue addressed: I had inadvertently poured windshield fluid in my radiator overflow container. Once I realize that I called the dealership, they got me an appointment within two hours. And they immediately began working on my vehicle. It took approximately two hours to properly let the engine cool, empty the coolant and change the radiator fluid.
