I was informed the car was already in need of its first oil change which they took care of as well as correcting the tires' air pressures and rotating the tires. They offer 2 waiting rooms, one quiet (thank you) and the other with media, but I did not have to wait very long. The most fun surprise was they had washed my car too! Thank you! More

Eileen listened sympathetically, assured me it would all be fine, moved my appointment an hour later, and scheduled a loaner car in case I needed it. It may sound like a little thing, but for a busy mom trying to juggle too many things, a person who says "No problem, we can make it work for you. What do you need?" is a hero. She could not have been kinder. Because of Eileen's incredible customer service, my car, which was quite overdue for service, is in perfect shape. I've got one less thing to worry about, and I was able to make the rest of my day work. I am forever grateful. Great service, out ahead of schedule with a clean car and peace of mind. More

30,000 mile check up on my 2013 CR-V I scheduled this check up a month in advance as the date approached the ice storm was about to hit the area I was leaving and driving down to. I left I scheduled this check up a month in advance as the date approached the ice storm was about to hit the area I was leaving and driving down to. I left Maine traveled on the messy slush covered Maine turnpike. My CRV rocked that trip. That night I stayed at a friends home the next morning the ice storm hit NH the day before my appointment at the Honda Barn in Stratham, NH. Once the roads were treated I drove unannounced to the Honda Barn, I was a day early. They took my car into the garage to let it warm and thaw and gave me a loaner a day early! The service team went over every detail and I was treated with such thoughtful kindness by the whole service team. I mentioned my battery seemed a bit off. They checked it twice and advised replacing it, so I would not get unexpectedly stuck someplace. I have to call out one person as simply outstanding! Brendan assisted me with juggling cars, moving my suitcases and settling me into the loaner, he did the same when I returned. Thank you Brendan that was over the top! The ability to drive into the warm service garage was terrific as was the service I was provided with. The Honda Barn rocked the service and when I drove away my car was washed and felt wonderful. By the way... two coupons were applied to help assist the cost! You will love the Honda Barn too! ??👍👏 More
