Quick diagnosis and fix I had a problem where my older Element lost power and was unable to accelerate. They took my car in the same morning I called. The service tech fo I had a problem where my older Element lost power and was unable to accelerate. They took my car in the same morning I called. The service tech found the problem quickly and was able to have me back on the road the next day with the car cleaned and inspected to make sure there were no other problems. I was not the easiest customer and questioned the service coordinator a lot. He was very graceful and answered all my questions. Very positive experience. More
