It was easy to schedule my appointment. I arrived early and was greeted. My appointment seemed to be quick and the whole experience was fine. I always feel that I am being taken advantage of and on my last bill found 4 different overcharges. They were begrudgingly removed. When I arrived for a needed emergency repair it sounded like the clerk k my last bill found 4 different overcharges. They were begrudgingly removed. I am mad at myself for not asking for the bolts that had held on the damaged part. More

The service was ok except after completing all the points of service they failed to reset the dash display back to the original display causing me to have to figure out how to reset it myself.
