I am constantly amazed by his patient professionalism as he greets, meets, listens to, and brings good (and sometimes bad) news about the health of a customer's vehicle. He knows his Honda customers by name and truly displays a personal warmth that makes all feel welcome--and in good hands. Yes, brand loyalty is about a superior product. On the day of the service another representative called to inform me the car was done and gave me a recap of the work completed and the total of the bill.
