Don't rely on maintenance minder According to maintenance minder, my 2013 Honda Civic was due for an oil change. I thought the tires needed to be rotated as well so this was the serv According to maintenance minder, my 2013 Honda Civic was due for an oil change. I thought the tires needed to be rotated as well so this was the service I requested. Brendan asked if the air filter and cabin filter had been changed. Maintenance minder did not advise this service was needed at this time. However, while I was waiting, Brendan advised me both filters needed to be replaced so the complete service done cost me about $100 more than I was anticipating. All told, I waited for approximately an hour and a half (perhaps a little longer) but I always feel comfortable having my service performed at the Honda Barn. More

Even though this was only warranty related service, the service adviser treated me with professionalism and courtesy and took care of the warranty work without a "discussion". He even provided a free car wash - on a no charge warranty service. I will definitely return for regular maintenance service. Good Job! More

Brendan Daly from the service department was cheerful and helpful, answering all my questions and seemed to enjoy his job. He set up some outside work - repairing a small window chip - with a glass repair shop in Portsmouth at my request. The car was returned to me in a reasonable amount of time and had been washed, which was appreciated, as we have an outdoor water use restriction in my town. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
