Airbag recall and duplicate key at Honda Barn I initially went to Honda Barn for a recall on the passenger side air bag. I decided to also have a duplicate key programmed. He was personable and attentive. Frankly, I was amazed by the pleasant updates throughout the wait. I have never been to any garage or dealership where that occurred before. If it is company policy, it is one that I greatly appreciated. My experience was pleasant from the beginning all the way to the writing of the check! Very friendly staff, good explaination of work needed I had to have new aigbags due to a recall. Airbags were installed in the amount of time quoted for the job. Also, I asked to have locking lug nut re I had to have new aigbags due to a recall. Airbags were installed in the amount of time quoted for the job.
