Good experience, friendly staff Friendly, fast service on an obviously busy day. Waiting area was as comfortable as it could be while the building was undergoing repairs/redesign. I would have liked to have been told about the desks at which I might have gotten work done, rather than balancing my laptop awkwardly on my knees, but I didn't notice them until I was leaving. Ethel was an awesome help Honda Barn replaced my side airbags to see if that would stop the intermittent warning light from displaying. First Visit My first time oil change was supposed to be free. I then had to pay $39.95 for a tire rotation when I paid I was also charged an environmental fee. My first time oil change was supposed to be free. I then had to pay $39.95 for a tire rotation when I paid I was also charged an environmental fee. I then left the parking lot with the lights turned off because my settings had been adjusted. About 2 miles down the road, my low tire alert came on. I had asked the cashier how much an oil change and rotation is typically was, but she had no idea. I was then informed by a gentleman that it was $75 yet looking at my receipt there was only a $17.98 charge for an oil change. I was assured that the semi synthetic oil had been used but really do not believe it after the experience I had. I had to wait almost a week for an appointment! More
