A part was ordered, received quickly, and service provided efficiently and proficiently. At the time, it was determined that another seatbelt would soon need the same service and it is being tended to with the same expediency. The service rep was courteous and even offered a free car wash to me (which I gladly accepted)! Deb More

New Service Procedures Needed! We took our CRV in for a new rear seal that had been ordered. We were called to pick it up without the repair so we drove back in and were told that We took our CRV in for a new rear seal that had been ordered. We were called to pick it up without the repair so we drove back in and were told that the new seal had a nick and was not functional so another new seal had to be ordered and another appointment made. Prior to taking the CRV in we had to install a new low beam light bulb - passengers side. The rubber surround was practically falling out - the Honda Barn had installed a new lamp a few years ago. The new (not special) lamp from the local Auto Parts store was much brighter than the Honda Barn one?? I then installed a new lamp in the drivers side, that rubber surround was installed correctly. This is the second time period we have had Honda barn service problems, we are looking for a new Honda Service Department!! More

Excellent efficient service Went in for my 10000 mile check. Shawn is excellent technician and he spoke with me at the end of the service call and explained how he found my car. He even offered to do my inspection sticker a month early! I didn't know you could do that so he saved me a trip next month. No hidden costs, I knew before the service what it would cost me. I waited for my car and was pleasantly surprised how quick it was. Thanks again to Shawn for job well done!!! More

Good service I was very happy with the service department but I am a little concern with there waiting room. While. I was sitting in the waiting area I could over I was very happy with the service department but I am a little concern with there waiting room. While. I was sitting in the waiting area I could over hear the finance gentleman talking to a customer about buying a new car. I heard how much they were paying for the car, how much cash they were putting down and how much they were going to put on there credit card and how much they were getting for there trade in. I think they need to have a separate room for waiting so you wouldn't hear such personal things. More
