12/15 visit I think your service department is either understaffed or overbooked. It shouldn't take a week to get an appointment for an oil change. Once you finally get to the dealership, it shouldn't take over an hour and a half for the oil change, balance and rotating, and removal of a nail from the tire. This is my third or fourth visit to the service department and it's just very slow. I'm a busy working mom and my disposable time is almost non-existent. I don't want to spend it sitting in uncomfortable waiting room chairs. I will say that everyone I've dealt with is very nice. I just wish the service was faster. They also forgot to reset the 'Oil Life' feature. It still says 30%. So how can I trust that the oil change was even done? More

I opted for the next day, but I was thrilled to be able to get the service done in a timely fashion. When I came in for my scheduled appointment, they confirmed the service that I wanted to have performed and gave me a written estimate. The work took about an hour and 15 minutes. The representative came out and went over all the paperwork, apologized for the length of time that it did take. I was able to check out with the cashier without any problems. More
