Dear Ms.khanley0, I have reread your complaint three times and frankly am at a loss as to what your expectations were that we so miserably failed you. Please feel free to contact me if you wish to clarify. I think it is important for you to consider how different this interaction would be had we neglected to inform you that you car was both unsafe and illegal to operate and you were involved in an accident, and were prevented from getting out of the vehicle. No one wishes to be lectured and I don't feel that was Ethel's intent. I can only apologize that you felt that way. As for paying for two keys to be programed, the pricing you were charged is actually below market rate and as you did give us credit for...performed promptly. I am sorry you won't be back and wish you well with your future driving. However, I applaud Ethel for her concern over your safety, as that is her responsibility when you leave our service department. Cordially, Linda Murphy General Manager

I am sorry for your vehicle breaking down at Christmas. I am genuinely sorry you did not feel anything but welcome when you arrived here. There is no excuse for rudeness. I am horrified that anyone here would treat you that way. I can never get that first impression back. I am sorry. Thank goodness for family. I hope that enough time has lapsed since the ordeal you can now see things from our perspective. . You are from out of town, had never been here before and headed back to Vermont. There is no way Jeff could authorize giving you a car and a dealer plate. That is a huge liability that comes with very specific guidelines. Had Jeff given you a car, you would not have had insurance as people that have no documented relationship with the dealership prior to the giving of the car are excluded from our policy. I am very sorry you were made to feel that way. Sometimes it is very hectic in service, although a poor excuse, I assure you no one was trying to treat you poorly. I am not sure with whom I should take this up with. I don't answer phones nor make appointments for service. If you wish to contact me I am available at all business hours, perhaps if you do you could elaborate on the "didn't junk anything".
