Flawless service I brought my car in for routine oil change, tire rotation, and replacement of the recalled air bags. My experience was very positive. I was greeted when I drove in to the service bay, and directed to the service advisor, Jeff. All service was done while I waited comfortably in their attractive waiting area. When service on my car was completed, I was called. While I settled the bill, Jeff brought my car into the service bay, because it was raining outside and he didn't want me to get wet. I appreciated the courtesy, and had a very pleasant experience overall. And I like the complimentary car wash, too! More
Rip-off: $60 to look at my car!!! I brought my Ridgeline in for a recall repair. I was asked if I had any other issues. I mentioned my brakes. The service man said, no worries we do I brought my Ridgeline in for a recall repair. I was asked if I had any other issues. I mentioned my brakes. The service man said, no worries we do an inspection anyway and can take a look at it. What he didn't tell me was that he'd charge me $60 dollars to tell me everything was fine. There should be a recall on rip-off practices like this. He was polite & professional even when I expressed my shock about the charge. Unfortunately, I've had that kind of experience there before (eg. Tacking on charges for nothing and claim Honda Barn policy). BEWARE if you go there - even for a recall service that shouldn't cost you anything!!! More
