30K Service Got an appointment within 24 hours of asking for one online. Were ready for as soon as a I arrived and then shuttled me to and from home while the wor Got an appointment within 24 hours of asking for one online. Were ready for as soon as a I arrived and then shuttled me to and from home while the work was done. Only glitch was that I was told the service would take about an hour when I made the appointment, then told it would be 3 hours when I checked in, and didn't get a call saying it was completed until over 5 hours later. That didn't inconvenience me this time, but could be a major problem the next. Didn't seem like they had very many cars in the shop at the time. See other reviews here that complain about the wait. Hope they can clear this up because all else seems good. More
