Everyone was and is very nice. I gave a five star rating because the service team does a great job. My only complaint is that when you have a simple job to be done, in this case a nail in the tire, they tend to charge way more to fix it than average. $35 for a simple flat. Secondly, they suggested I have the differential fluids replaced at 15000 miles. I've had 4 wheel and AWD since 1985 and never once did I have to have that done. It's recommended at 60,000 mile or more, if ever. I looked it up "cost to fix tire on the internet" and the highest price one should pay for a simple tire fix is $20 max. More

Living in MA, I had to arrange for transportation to drop off and pick up the vehicle, and Ethel Brown, the service advisor was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. The work was done by professional mechanics. They gave the Honda a quick check for any problems I may not have been aware of, gave it a "bath", and even vacuumed the interior. I would not hesitate to recommend Honda Barn service. More

The service team did a great job of getting all of this work done in a timely manner while I waited. The waiting room is super comfortable and has excellent wifi so I was able to get a number of work tasks done while I waited. Ethel took great care of me and provided a clear understanding of what work they did, why and the cost. She is an excellent example of how friendly conscientious customer service really makes a big difference. All of this makes it easy for me to continue to bring my car to the Honda Barn for service. I was so pleased to find that they had several appointments open and I was able to go in within 2 hrs of my call. I waited while the service was completed and found the service staff to be friendly and courteous and the waiting area clean and comfortable with a "quiet space" available away from the tv. The service staff was very thorough in both completing the oil change and making me aware of issues of concern for the future health of my car. More
