Very accommodating I called early Monday morning to schedule maintainace fulling expecting to have to leave my car overnight as I couldn't get there until 4:30. Ethel Brown was extremely helpful and took our information and had the car serviced promptly. In my opinion, one free oil change isn't really much to shake a fist at - my husband recently bought an older Subaru Outback from Tri-City Subaru in Somersworth and got 3 free oil changes, plus every 5th oil change is free. Seems like a better deal to me, and more of an incentive to buy from them again. Anyway, I live quite far from the Honda Barn so finding time to dedicate to this trip was a bit challenging. I arrived for my 10:30 appointment at 10:25 and did not drive away until 12:15. It took nearly TWO hours to change my oil and wash my car. I appreciate the free car wash, but TWO HOURS?! I will be using a different place that is closer and more convenient for me. An oil change should take a half hour, max. More

I recently moved, but drove the 30+ miles to the Honda Barn because I won't let anyone else touch my vehicle. Brendan is a great. He is always courteous, professional, friendly, and trustworthy. (Everyone in the service department is great.) Unlike other dealerships, I don't get "jerked around" at the Honda Barn. They tell me what needs to be done, but let me know what will need attention in the future - with the option of taking care of it in the now. I dropped off the car for this particular service, and within an hour or two received a call regarding a couple of items that the mechanic noticed. Both were items that I wanted to address, but failed to mention, so I know that they are truly taking the time to pay proper attention to my vehicle. The Honda Barn cares for my vehicle as much as I do, and that is why I will continue to service my vehicle there. More

They are the best! Went in for an oil change and a lo tire light. They found and showed me 3 nails in my tires. My Goodness! No worries.
