We unexpectedly had to replace our daughters vehicle. As we have in the past, we visited the Honda Barn and were greeted by Tony. The entire sales and delivery process was a pleasant experience. We have purchased several vehicles at the Honda Barn and use the service center exclusively for maintenance. We have always found the staff to be cordial,understanding and most of all trustworthy. Although there are Honda dealers closer to us, we find the Honda Barn to be worth the trip !!! More
i was looking for a used honda ridgeline, found one on the lot with the right interior color, exterior color, milage, and it was even a honda certified vehicle. it was a rtl with navigation, i never thoug the lot with the right interior color, exterior color, milage, and it was even a honda certified vehicle. it was a rtl with navigation, i never thought i could afford it. al gave me a great out the door price.(i dont like to haggle) jen made financing easy and fast. overall a great experience. My wife and I went by the Honda Barn just to get an idea of what the new Crosstour was like to drive, get pricing, just information. I didn't expect the salesman to be so easy to deal with. My wife loves her new Crosstour. This was by far the best car dealer I have ever been to. More
I went into Honda Barn to test drive a certified pre-owned Odyssey that I found on the internet. I saw the vehicle out on the lot and went inside to find a salesperson to assist me. I saw several sales people helping other customers so I found a new Odyssey in the showroom and sat down it to see what the differences were between new and pre-owned. After about 10 minutes of waiting inside the Odyssey I got out and waited near the Odyssey, obviously I was waiting for one of the sales people to acknowledge my presence. By this point several of the sales people no longer had customers but still showed no interest in helping me. One of them busied himself by taking a sold sign from his desk moving it to another desk and then going back to his desk to find another sold sign. By this point I was ready to leave but Honda Barn is about 48 miles from my house and I was very interested in the Odyssey they had so I decided to wait a few more minutes. An older gentleman walked in (probably in his 60's) and the "sold sign" salesmen immediately stopped what he was doing and went to see if he could help him. After the older gentlemen said he was looking for someone else I approached the sold sign salesmen and asked if he had the time to help me. He replied he did and would be willing to. This is 35 minutes after walking into the dealership. I took the car for a test drive, made him show me every detail about the car, go find all the available service records, etc then I walked out. I would never do business with an establishment that treats people differently based on their age or how they are dressed. After my experience at Honda Barn, I will buy a Toyota Sienna. More
Every time I visit Honda Barn's Service Department, Brian amazes me with his courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail. They gave me all of the info I needed to make decisions on features without any pressure. The guy that helped me with financing was helpful and professional as well. I was pleased with the trade-in deal for my old Odyssey which I was sad to part with - until I drove away in my new model! Because of my good experience at the purchase of the vehicle, I decided to travel the distance to return there for service and I have not been disappointed. I’ve just returned from picking my van up after its third service and each time they have communicated what the service entails and how long it will take. I will continue to refer my friends & family to this dealership… and I LOVE my Odyssey! More

I did not care for the way I was spoken (down) to by the manager both on the phone and when I visited the showroom. I had made several contacts with the dealer for another lease to get pricing and further manager both on the phone and when I visited the showroom. I had made several contacts with the dealer for another lease to get pricing and further information after receiving a letter in the mail. I had previously leased there and my lease was ending. After visiting the showroom I called and spoke with Al to clarify some numbers that he had given me. He again talked down to me and did not even bother to thank me for calling. He just said "We'll be talking to ya latah....." and I hung up the phone saying to myself, "I don't think so". I will not go back there. It was also difficult to find someone to help me in the showroom and on the lot. One time I stopped by there to have someone take a look at a ding I had on my leased Pilot to see if it required fixing before trade-in and could barely get someone out there to look at it. Spent one evening in book club comparing notes with another Honda Pilot owner who also had similar feelings about the dealership. She got her Pilot from another dealer as well. I recieved a much better rate and exceptional service from another dealer. More
I've had my Honda serviced here foe 13 yr s.and I've only I've had my Honda serviced here foe 13 yr s.and I've only had 1 bad experience when they told me my 13 year old Honda civic ex was going to cost 1500 I've had my Honda serviced here foe 13 yr s.and I've only had 1 bad experience when they told me my 13 year old Honda civic ex was going to cost 1500.to fix to pass inspection,we put 188,888 hard miles on this car,and I really didn't want to buy a new car,But after talking to the service manager,and seeing what might come after this repair,I decided it was time and they went out of their way to see I got a good deal,and the sales staff I consider is like talking to one who will fit your need without pressure,I already have recommended them to a few people its worth the trip and your time.thanks for everything. Went in to get a price for a new accord. I had purchased a new car for my wife there recently and was not happy that they would only take $400 off msrp on a new CRV. I took that deal because my wifes car was done for and it was close to our home. I figured being a recently returning customer who would have two hondas that would be frequenting there service department I would get a more competetive price. I got a price that was high but put a deposit down to hold a car at there suggestion. When I found out they were $2000+ higher than several dealers they wouldn't budge on price.I let them know I would be buying else where the saleman I dealt with told me he didn't want to do buisness with me anyways because I was a liar. Awful service and prices. More
