Oil change - Tire Rotation This was the first time using this service department. I bought a 2015 and got the first oil change free. Took it in for oil change and they suggest This was the first time using this service department. I bought a 2015 and got the first oil change free. Took it in for oil change and they suggested I get the tires rotated. I agreed. The cost for tire rotation was $39.99. which is outrageous. My appointment was for 330pm and I got there at 315. They said it would be ready at 430. I did not get my vehicle back until 510. No one even came out to explain what was taking so long. I was just sitting there waiting. When the told me it was ready on the bill they had charged me for the oil change and tire rotation. That took another 7 minutes to correct. Will not be bringing my vehicle back for service there. More

The second I brought it up, I noticed their nervousness, and total unwillingness to answer any questions. If this process were more transparent it would bring everyone, including the local service departments a lot more ease. I know that Honda Motor Corp is worried about their reputation, but playing dumb is certainly not the best way to handle the situation. Is there a fix coming? What is the timeline??? More

Hub Cap Over all service was very good however I had a good size black mark on one of my hub caps.Also a oil base all over the hub cap and a small chip . I was able to get the mark off the hub cap along with the oil. I called and i am bringing the car back today to show the service man the small chip. Thank You Tony Espinola More

We were going to be traveling, so I wanted to make sure the tires were inflated properly even though they are new. The odometer - which is now in one of the computers is closing on 40,000 miles. Thanks for the FREE coffee! I had two cups with a change of oil and filter. I am slightly befuddled by the way the IMA works, but do enjoy 45.9 mpg OVERALL since our purchase, ... and really seeing 100mpg while either driving on the Interstate, or in moving traffic in the city! It rides well! Passenger's Unsolicited Testimonial! LOVE our car. Service was reasonable, and I got some assistance with the back seat latches, which I have had trouble releasing. I tested a Prius, but it rode like a tank. More
