Dennis, I am very sorry you feel so angry that you would wish to harm Ethel in this fashion. I am also confused. After speaking with Ethel, she assured me that you were fine when you left and acknowledged that you were told to call before coming in to confirm the part was here, a request you were fine with on the 27th. I have since learned that you requested we repair/replace your radio to make up for the misunderstanding. I respectfully decline not seeing how the two are related and not understanding your grievance. We can certainly make our share of mistakes and I would always overextend myself in an effort to compensate a customer we have mistreated in any way. I wish you well with your vehicle and radio and am very sorry that we are not the Honda Dealer for you. Linda Murphy General Manager 603.772.7300
